HOW CAN I SUPPORT YOU DURING & POST PREGNANCY?
​As a mum of two myself, I truly understand the challenges associated with fitness during and beyond your pregnancy. It's a minefield trying to navigate what is and isn't 'safe' during pregnancy, and there are many physical, emotional & practical barriers to exercise post-pregnancy.
Despite having many years of personal training experience prior to my first baby, I found that information was outdated and tailored support was lacking so I made it my mission to help mums to maintain their fitness, strength & wellbeing in an empowering, educational and supportive way.
I am a pre & post natal qualified Personal Trainer, and I absolutely love supporting women during this exciting stage of life!​

During pregnancy, we will work together to create a fully tailored training programme that allows you to continue exercising in a way that you enjoy, maintain strength, build resilience and prepare for labour, birth & recovery.
Post-natally, we will reconnect with and rehabilitate your core & pelvic floor, rebuild strength and gradually increase intensity until you reach your goals.

I offer face-to-face Personal Training for pre & postnatal clients in Sheffield, as well as online Personal Training or Online Coaching for those further afield.​
Your baby is also always welcome at our sessions (in person or online), so childcare never needs to be a barrier! Alternatively, we can work around nap times or childcare schedules.
