HOW CAN I HELP YOU TO FEEL EMPOWERED, CONFIDENT & STRONG?

Fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but also on the inside! I will make sure your body and mind find the right balance, and push you to achieve your full potential.

 

Our first step is to arrange a consultation call where we find out a little more about each other, explore where you are in your fitness journey, and identify your short & long term goals.

Ultimately, your goals are my goals and I am on hand every step of the way to offer motivation, accountability and help to overcome any barriers that may prevent you from meeting them.

Your training programme will be totally tailored to you, your needs & preferences, as well as circumstances on the day (e.g. stage of your menstrual cycle). My ethos is that exercise is a privilege, not a punishment, and should always feel fun, empowering and enjoyable!

​

Once we've established your goals, and how PT can compliment your schedule, we will find you a regular training slot for 1-2 sessions per week (in person, at-home or online). You'll also get access to my app where you'll be able to view your training programme, track your progress, get nutrition support and there is the option to access additional workouts (with demonstration videos) as part of your programme.

​

Packages start from only £300/month, with your first session offered at a trial price of £50 (redeemable against your first month if you feel I'm the right fit for you!).

I ask for a minimum initial commitment of 3 months to ensure that you are able to see sustainable results, gain knowledge that will support you to continue effectively training on your own and allow me to transform your health & confidence.
