HOW DOES ONLINE COACHING WORK?
​This one is for busy women everywhere!
Online Coaching allows you to work out wherever and whenever suits you! As with in-person training, your training programme will be fully customised to your needs, preferences and goals following our consultation call. We will explore your short & long-term goals, identify any potential barriers, map your month e.g. menstrual cycle, holidays etc. and discuss whether an at-home or a gym-based programme (or a combination) would best suit your needs.

You'll get access to my Strong by Holly Balan app where you'll be able to view your training programme, track your progress, complete weekly goal setting forms and access 24/7 support.

I offer 3 tiers to my Online Coaching service, depending on the level of support you need:

With all Online Coaching packages, I ask for a minimum initial commitment of 3 months to ensure that you are able to see sustainable results, gain knowledge that will support you to continue effectively training on your own and allow me to transform your health & confidence.
Following the initial 3 month term, I offer ongoing support on a rolling monthly basis with a 2 week notice of cancellation policy.
